· Unable to upload images

To add images for posts, you need to allow app to access files and camera on your device. Remember to tap [Allow] on the access request dialog when you try to add images.

To troubleshoot problems, check the permissions on the app setting section.

• iOS: Settings → 溫度日記 Hearty Journal → Camera/Storage (Turn it on)

• Android： Settings → Apps & Notifications → 溫度日記 Hearty Journal → App Permissions → Photos (Turn it on)
