If you don’t want VIP Premium anymore, you can cancel any time and keep what you paid for. You’ll remain VIP Premium membership until your next payment is due.

To cancel a subscription, please contact us with your Hearty ID via or . You'll receive a notification email after the cancellation request is complete.

For the prepaid account, there's no need to cancel it. You will be downgraded when your VIP Premium membership is expired.
