# · Unable to show weather info on posts

To add weather information on your posts, tap \[Allow] on the location request dialog when you try to create a new post.

To troubleshoot problems, check the permissions on the app setting section.

* iOS: Settings → 溫度日記 Hearty Journal → Location (Turn it on)
* Android： Settings → Apps & Notifications → 溫度日記 Hearty Journal → App Permissions → Location (Turn it on)

If you're using Hearty Journal on a web browser, please check the browser settings instead.
